Several studies have found that taking supplements of vitamin E and many other multivitamin supplements might increase the risk of prostate cancer in some men. For that, you better guard by not eating both simultaneously. Note the dose supplements you consume.Not all people are friends with vitamin E. There are some people who should avoid vitamin E or at least consulted before taking vitamin E supplements such as pregnant women, patients with stroke, vitamin K deficiency, have a bleeding disorder, patients with head and neck cancer, are taking any medications certain drugs of or want to do surgery.
